Before contacting support

• Include a short description of what happened and which iPhone or iOS version you use.
• Do not email your password, a login code, or private lyrics and recordings unless you intentionally want them reviewed.
• For password access, use Forgot password? on the Account screen.
• To permanently remove your account and cloud data, open Account and choose Delete account and cloud data.
